PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE BEFORE PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM XME  

LICENSING:
We prepay the writers so every user can access every song. These are reproductions based on the style of the song it's listed as; these are not master recordings from the original albums. When you subscribe and download a song, it is yours for use within the app for as long as the app is functional on your device and as long as you stay subscribed to the service. By subscribing, you agree to these terms. Your ministry is responsible for any regularly required licensing fees assiciated with performing songs and projecting lyrics.

USE OF Backing Tracks:
You may use the Backing Tracks for personal recordings, but credits MUST be given to 'Worship Backing Tracks mobile app' in the album credits section of the project. For use in a professional recording to be sold, contact xmeinc@gmail.com for permission, terms and licensing; you will also have to pay a standard mechanical licensing fee to the song writers of the song or songs you recorded (mechanical licensing is standard and required regardless of the use of our app and does not come to XME). Use of our content for Artificial Intelligence training is forbidden without securing and paying for this right directly with XME Inc. Contact us for inquiries.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS:
All products on the mobile app are digital products. We DO NOT give refunds for digital products.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:
Please send all of your questions and concerns to xmeinc@gmail.com. You will receive a response within a few business days, unless there is a high volume of inquires at that time. Your business matters to us, and we will respond.

PAYMENT PROCESSING:
All payments are processed through the iOS App Store. The subscription cost is $29.99/month or $19.99USD/month and automatically charges your account every month unless you cancel your subscription. 

Song Requets:
For a $100 one-time fee, anyone with the All-Songs subscription is able to request a song. In this case, subscribers can request as many songs as XME is able to produce for them without a 2 song/month limit.

For All-Access Subscribers: Only "All-Access" subscribers are able to request licensed/Non-Public Domain songs to be added to the app at no additional charge. The All-Access option is no longer available for new subscribers. 2 songs may be requested during each subscription month. If you do not request songs during a month, XME is not responsible for producing late requests from previous months. XME Inc. licesnses and pays for each song, produces all music and records vocalists in a recording studio for each song request. XME may not be able to produce or add every song; in the event a song is unable to be added, you may request another song that XME is able to license and add your request. XME Inc, which is represented as "Worship Suppot" when communicating with Worship Backing Tracks subscribers, reserves the right to decline to license, produce or add any song at their own discretion. If this happens, a refund is not given. Instead, you may request a different song that XME is able to add.

Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.

Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance 

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
