Please read these Terms of Use carefully before purchasing or using any products or services from XME Inc.
Licensing:
XME Inc. prepays songwriters to provide access to every song in the catalog. Tracks are reproductions inspired by the style of the original songs and are not master recordings. When you subscribe and download a song, you may use it within the app while your subscription is active and the app remains functional on your device. Your ministry is responsible for any required licensing fees associated with live performance and lyric projection.
Use of Backing Tracks:
You may use backing tracks in personal recordings if you credit “Worship Backing Tracks mobile app” in the album credits. For professional recordings intended for sale, contact xme.help@gmail.com for permission and licensing. Use of XME Inc. content for Artificial Intelligence training is strictly prohibited without direct paid licensing from XME Inc.
Distribution Restrictions:
Users are strictly prohibited from uploading, publishing, distributing, or otherwise making available XME Inc. backing tracks to the internet or any public platform without explicit prior written consent from XME Inc. This includes but is not limited to platforms such as YouTube, Vimeo, social media networks, file-sharing services, or any other public or private distribution channels. All rights in and to the backing tracks remain the property of XME Inc., and any unauthorized distribution is a violation of these terms and applicable copyright laws. (Don't try to sell or give away our content).
Digital Downloads:
All products are delivered digitally through the app and are non-refundable.

Payment Processing:
All payments are processed through the iOS App Store. The subscription cost is $29.99/month and renews automatically unless cancelled.
Song Requests:
All users may request songs but due to high volumes of requests, we cannot guarantee user requests will be added.

We use collected information to improve customer service and inform you of updates and new products. Your information helps us respond more effectively to your support needs.
Cookies:
We do not use cookies.
Information Disclosure:
We do not sell or trade your personal information. Trusted partners may assist in operations under strict confidentiality. We may release information to comply with laws or protect rights and safety.
